I’ve heard Gold prices are on the rise - is TxGold a good investment?

No. We don’t believe gold, nor TxGold, should be thought of as an investment. In the short term, gold may rise or fall in value relative to other assets/currencies; but in the long term, it tends to retains its value. That is one of the features that makes gold the best form of money.

Users who acquire TxGold should not expect any profit; we are not “investing” funds in any type of enterprise; rather, we are providing storehouse services and “warehouse receipts” (i.e. tokens) for physical gold.

What can I do/buy with TxGold?

Using the TxGold app, users can send/receive payments to other registered individuals, businesses, and organizations. Looking ahead, we envision a future where TxGold plays a role in other financial services - like loans, investments, etc.

What about Silver?

Like gold, silver has a long track record of providing a stable foundation for money. Coincidentally, the original U.S. silver dollar received its name from a private, highly-regarded coin minted in the 16th century - the Joachimsthaler.

We believe silver can continue to be part of a sound money policy - and will look for opportunities to incorporate it into future offerings.
