User Agreement (Last Updated July 13, 2025)

The TxGold User Agreement has two sections:

1. User Agreement, which explains the agreement between TxGold and a user, including the responsibilities of each party.

2. Privacy Notice (also available here) which explains how we keep information about a user private and secure.

TxGold reserves the right to periodically update the terms of the user agreement and/or our privacy notice.  Any changes will be posted to our website, communicated to users, and shall take effect no less than thirty (30) days following notice.

Please read this entire document carefully.  By sending or receiving TxGold, you are agreeing to be bound by the terms of this agreement and privacy note.
